Year 2 Teacher – Stafford Flexible days

You will be joining our successful Hays Education team in Staffordshire; we successfully supply both short term and long-term teaching support to schools in Stafford. We are looking for a determined KS2 Teacher who would be willing to adapt to the requirements of the school they were placed with and ensure they followed the schools’ policies and contributed to the school’s ethos.

Your new role

You will be working between 1 – 5 days dependant on your availability. You will also help to develop the “hidden curriculum” to encourage students to be more independent. You will be required to manage behaviour in the classroom in line with the school’s policies to ensure discipline is consistent for the students.

What you’ll need to succeed

Have recent experience of teaching Primary pupils (and be able to provide references)
Have Qualified Teacher Status or be a Early Career Teacher
Sound knowledge of English and Maths
Previous experience of work in a similar setting
