Warehouse Operative Haydock – Full Time Increased Pay Rates!
Full time fantastic opportunities with immediate starts in Haydock WA11 9WB for a leading supermarket retailer picking supermarket items in an ambient environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible in their approach, and want to work towards a full time, permanent job.
Pay rates as a Warehouse Operative
Pre 12 weeks £10.50 – £10.85 – Unpaid break
Post 12 weeks £11.26 – £13.16- Paid break.
Overtime payable after 40 hours
Christmas Incentives available earn up to an additional £350!
Free food available due to the increased cost of living
Shift times: 14:00 – 22:00 & 22:00 -06:00 – own transport would be required due to shift times.
Rota pattern: Any 5 out of 7 must be willing to work weekends.
As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:
A good standard of verbal and written English
Good accuracy and organizational skills
Good numeracy skills
The opportunity to be cross trained across the distribution center.
Role of a Warehouse Operative.
Flexible and adaptable with multi skill training for long term workers
Picking and Packing Food produce in a chilled/ambient warehouse
Loading/Unloading Containers
Driving LLOP or PPT equipment – Free upskilling (Full training provided)
Previous experience is beneficial such as picking, packing, loading or other warehouse duties but full training is provided.
