An exciting opportunity has arisen for Ward Manager in the Nephrology and Renal transplant regional service, based at the Royal Liverpool hospital. The Renal & Transplant service is now the tertiary Regional Renal Unit with equitable access to expert renal care and transplant for Cheshire and Mersey. The service consists of 56 beds at the Royal site, 8 of which are high dependency and 14 are Transplant You must be highly motivated, innovative and have a passion for delivering outstanding care to our patients and our community. Ward 7B consists of 14 Nephrology beds and 14 Renal Transplant beds. The successful candidate will work along side both specialities. You will be expected to lead a team of highly skilled nurses and ensure the already, high standards of care are maintained. Previous management experience at band 6 or above essential.
