We are looking for a friendly, motivated and highly organised person with good I.T. skills and a flexible approach to join our team on Falcon Ward.You will be first point of contact for patients and visitors, and receive them in a professional and courteous manner. You will be supporting the team with clerical/administrative duties therefore previous experience is desirable but not essential (full training will be given). You are required to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be customer care focused and have a positive can-do attitude. You may be required to work various shifts per week so flexibility is essential. We provide a 24 hours 365 days service a year, this will include bank holidays and weekends.We pride ourselves as being a friendly and enthusiastic team with passion for excellence.
