exciting opportunity has arisen within Jigsaw Childrens Hospice to develop and
implement a brand new service for young people
across Cumbria with complex physical health needs and/or life limiting
conditions to transition to adult services.We
are looking for a dynamic, motivated and forward thinking individual to join
our friendly, specialist palliative care team.
