Salary – £10.82ph plus Veolia benefits
Hours – Rotating shifts across 7 days per week including bank holidays

Two regular weekdays off per week

(March – 8.45am-5.15pm, April – September 8.45am-6.15pm, October – February 8.45am-4.15pm)

Location – Alton Household Waste Recycling Centre, GU34 2QE

What will you be doing?

Supervise recycling operatives on site
Ensure the health and safety of all members of the public, visitors, staff and contractors on the site at all times.
To assist members of the public on site with waste and recycling disposal
Prevent trade waste being deposited at the site

Responsible for the reuse shop, DIY sales, cross border charging, compost sales and non household waste charging scheme and all associated card handling and daily reconciliation forms and processes.
Provide training to recycling operatives

What are we looking for?

Previous Team Leader experience within a similar operational environment
Manual handling experience
COTC holder is desirable but training will be provide

This role involves manual handling and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
