It’s a great place to progress too: lots of our Support Workers have gone on to be managers, and some have moved into roles in other areas of our business. Once you’re with us, there are genuine opportunities to learn, develop and build a long and rewarding career. Equally, there is the chance to work flexibly, fitting your role around your other life commitments.
Ideally you will have previous experience in Autism, complex mental health, and co-morbid mental health conditions. The most important qualifications are your values, your passion, and a determination to make a difference to someone’s life. You’ll also need to be:
– Flexible to work on a rolling rota
– Good at working on your own and in a team
– Excellent at communicating with people
– Able to complete good quality support records
– Willing to learn
