At Voyage Care we value the hard work and commitment of our colleagues by offering:

Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply)
Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply)

SHIFT PATTERN:
7am – 3pm / 3pm – 10pm (candidates must be able to work a mixture of both shifts

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Our service in Nuneaton offers care and support to people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health, epilepsy and challenging behaviour.

As a Support Worker you will provide full aspects of care, promoting independence to support the people that we support to lead fulfilling lives.

Experience with mental health needs is required.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
