We have a number of shifts available, full or part-time guaranteed hours, or occasional hours if you prefer working with flexibility.
Our Support at Home team provide individuals, with up to 24 hour support in their homes and community based outreach to enable them to live independently and get more out of life. Through My Choice My Break, we also support individuals to make choices, to fulfil their interests and provide valuable leisure time.

About you
To be successful in this role you will need: To be compassionate, creative, and honest and love working with people. Bring great positive energy. Work well as part of a team. Be flexible as we work shifts and weekend working is often required. Demonstrate a commitment to Leonard Cheshire’s ethos and values.
You don’t need any specific qualifications or experience although experience of providing personal care is advantageous. You will however, need plenty of enthusiasm and passion for our work.
