We also pay sleepover hours at £10.50 per hour.
Contracted hours rising to £10.63 per hour after 1 year’s service.
Are you the right person to make a difference to someone’s life? To accompany and support them while they do their favourite things, like going out for coffee, shopping or going to a local club. The life skills you already have are valuable to Quarriers. Being caring, patient, being able to cook, sew, gardening skills, all the things you already know, can make a difference to an individual’s life.
Each person has an individual support plan and full training will be provided across all sections of the role. Staff support is ongoing and a key part of Quarriers’ core values.
We’re looking for full time, part time and relief Support Workers to join our team.

The aim of the service, which can support up to 32 people, is to provide a homely, safe and nurturing environment for individuals, and you can help them do that by being a vital part of the team, helping promote the development of each individual’s life skills and their use of resources within the broader community.
