Student and Family Engagement Team MentorGrade: SP7 – £25,198 – £27,365 (£29,291 – £31,810 FTE)
We are looking to appoint an inspirational person to join our Student and Family Engagement (SAFE) Team supporting the South East Project. To deliver a high quality mentoring provision to our students and to support and promote an inclusive culture that enables students to achieve their best and overcome barriers to learning and participation.
This role is for 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday, term time only. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting vulnerable young people to achieve their potential. They will have experience of mentoring young people, a good all-round knowledge of supporting the education of students who exhibit challenging behaviour, and excellent organisational skills.
