The difference you’ll make

In this role you will manage the approach to setting and monitoring national standards for property and land maintenance, including the cost framework, leading the Standards Officer to implement and monitor adherence to standards and associated business processes, identifying and addressing non-compliance to ensure the effective delivery of the Asset Management Strategy and overall Group objectives, for further information about this job please find the attached job discription.

So, who are you?

We are looking for someone with relevant experience within the building industry, ideally working within a customer focussed Business Management team, also in the role you should have comprehensive knowledge of general operating procedures within an Asset Management function, although not essential, a relevant building, maintenance, compliance or facilities management qualification e.g. HNC in Building or NEBOSH General, or equivalent would be an advantage.
