We

highly motivated mental health and learning disability nurses that are excited
to be part of the Hillcrest Acute services in Redditch. You will work alongside
a team of professionals to develop therapeutic rapports with all service users
enabling them to develop a range of skills supporting their recovery.You
will act as a positive role model for staff and service users in a manner that
positively reflects the core values of the organisation. This is an exciting
opportunity for a Registered Nurse committed to delivering care of an
exceptional standard and having the opportunity to develop their knowledge and
expertise within the inpatient services. Hillcrest
ward is an acute Mental Health Ward situated in Redditch and provides inpatient
services across Worcestershire. It is a vital service for supporting those with
mental health difficulties of varying complexities. The ward is supported by an
established Medical team who will continue to support the wider MDT.

Hillcrest ward has a number of projects focusing
on clinical leadership, operational management and strategic planning which
will offer many opportunities for professional development. The ward has and
continuous to have ongoing environmental works which enhance the patient
experience, ward safety and therapeutic facilitation.
