We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as an Assistant Manager.

More About the Role

As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the overall store management. You will be required to enhance customer
satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. You will lead and motivate the team to ensure the
financial success of the business. The role involves the recruitment, training and development of high performing teams. You will
certainly lead from the front and be a real ‘hands on’ manager, develop your team and ensure your own development is fully

* Control costs

* Supervisory or Managerial experience is essential

* GCSE Maths and English at Level 4 / Grade C or above or equivalent
* Applicants must hold a personal license
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload
