Working as a Social Worker or Senior Social Worker you will be part of a supportive and friendly team working with other social/health care professionals to improve the wellbeing of older adults.You will need to demonstrate a sound understanding of how to apply a strengths-based approach to practice, whilst being person centred and able to promote safe and effective social care services in accordance with the Care Act 2014. You will assess service users in a variety of settings, including virtual platforms.
