Site Manager

Our Client is looking for a Site Manager to join them on the construction of a £15m Distribution Unit that is due to start in April 2023. The site is currently at ground stage and the Site Manager will be there for the full cycle of the project. This includes overseeing all groundworks, steel erection, facades, internals and 278 / civil work.

Experience with building Industrial Units or any other large scale Steel Framed will be essential to this role. Experience as a sole or Senior Site Manager on similar large scale projects would also be preferable.

– SMSTS
– CSCS
– 5 years Site Management Experience
