Permanent position for Shift Manager to work in the plastic extrusion industry.
Duties to include
Will be supervising up to 2 staff members planning out work as instructed by Extrusion Manager
Ensure Team is working efficiently in accordance with organisational policies
Identify areas for improvements and plan training
Complete production reports
Set/remove tooling when required and start production lines
carry out control checks an record.

Salary starts £11.59 increasing to £12.73ph once fully trained
12 hour shifts Monday to Thursday, alternating every third week between days and nights(2 weeks days/2 weeks of nights)
