We are currently recruiting for a Service Co-ordinator to join a large company based in Stoke to support with general admin duties.
What will I be doing?
Liaising with Head office and other departments within the business.
General admin tasks – scanning, copying, replying to emails, speaking with other departments, taking messages, creating appointments etc.
Ensuring all Outbound paperwork is accurate, provided within a timely manner and filed away appropriately.
What do I need to know?
Ability to work to deadlines
Experience within a similar role preferred however training is provided
Good communication skills
Computer skills and understanding
