Applicants must have experience of the following:
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
* 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial and industrial projects
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage project teams
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
* Expert knowledge of construction industry regulations, building codes, and standards
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in project management software and tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Role information:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and manage our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project life cycle, from planning and design to construction and closeout. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire project life cycle, from planning and design to construction and closeout
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project teams to ensure project success
* Lead project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other staff
* Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients
* Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
* Prepare and submit progress reports and project updates to clients and senior management
* Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
* Mentor and coach junior project management staff
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
