We have a dynamic and supportive team which consists of Adult and Paediatric nurses, Registered Nursing Associates, doctors, Advanced Practitioners, Emergency Care Practitioners, Senior Nursing Assistants and Nursing Assistants.
ED proactively supports nursing assistant to enhance their clinical skills through internal training courses. The Trust also offers career development pathways for nursing assistants to become a RNA through the TNA programme.
Ideally you will have some experience of working in an acute hospital. In return we will support you to develop your skills in an emergency care environment
