CDIO customer engagement & IT business services purpose is to drive a customer centric approach to transforming services for HMRC Customers. Working closely with business stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers – our aim is to drive digital innovation and to re-engineer services aligned to our IT, contractual and sourcing strategies and to deliver significantly improved services.The role is within the CDIO Customer engagement & IT business services Pega Delivery Team, which is focused on developing, running & optimising applications on PegaCloud configured through low code technology to deliver better customer service and adviser experience. We have several roles building and improving service frontends in Pega. If you’re a Senior Frontend Developer with experience of this, who’s passionate about improving public services and driving best practice, we want to hear from you. You will be a key member working across agile delivery teams to build and continuously improve our services. You will focus on the UI and UX of new and existing services, supporting teams in delivering services built with Pega and mentoring others in best practice. You will help set direction and embed good practice within teams and make decisions based on research and best practice. You will understand multiple services on the platform and be responsible for teaching and mentoring others about user interface development, accessibility and/or user experience.
