In the Community Division we have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 nurse to join our Community Rehab Unit. The Community Rehab Unit is based in the Laidlaw Unit at St Mary’s Hospital.
The Community Division aims to deliver safe, high quality care and ensure a positive patient experience within an enabling environment where patients are encouraged to do as much as they can to maintain their independence. You will be supported by the Unit Lead and Senior Nurses in the division to achieve this aim. Our nurses are highly valued to ensure they provide and maintain effective nursing care to patients and their relatives / carers.
We offer flexible working patterns in accordance with the Trust’s rostering policy, which includes a well-balanced combination of days, nights and weekends in order to meet the needs of our patients and ensure we provide a fair and equal working environment for the whole team.
