As a ward-based Senior Clinical Pharmacy Technician, you will work with pharmacists, and Clinical pharmacy Technicians, liaising closely with the Clinical Pharmacy Technicians Team Manager, and integrate with the ward teams to give great patient care and experience. You will have a proven track record of delivering medicines management and optimisation, becoming more ‘clinical’, implementing change and inspiring others.
