Our focus is on ensuring medication is appropriate and providing meaningful activities to everyone.You will work closely with our care team and liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure all individuals receive the highest standard of person-centred care.As one of our Senior Care Assistants, you will be responsible for assessing the individuals needs and formulating person-centred care plans, ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional needs are met. Administering medication safely is paramount, all our senior care assistants are provided with additional training to ensure competency and knowledge of the medication used in our homes.You will have previous care experience, within Older Peoples care or within a dementia setting. It is preferrable to have a Level 3
qualification in Health and Social Care. However, if you are qualified to Level 2, we will support you to achieve your Level 3 via our career pathway.You will have access to our Orchard Academy. You will receive bespoke training and support to develop your leadership skills, clinical knowledge and become an advocate for the people we care for.
