Blair Athol Distillery stands at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands in the picturesque town of Pitlochry. Flowing through the grounds from the slopes of Ben Vrackie, the ancient source of water plays a pivotal role in assisting the exquisite flavours and smooth finish on their whisky.
Established in 1798 in picturesque Pitlochry, Blair Athol is one of Scotland’s oldest, and best loved distilleries.

The fantastic opportunity as a Brand Home Guide provides a chance for the right individual to be part of a dynamic team who aim to create a remarkable experience for all their visitors. Taking them on a journey they will always remember you will share your love of whisky with all visitors, bringing to life the heritage and history with passion and enthusiasm.

Acting as a brand ambassador for the site the tour guide is a varied role which requires high standards of presentation and confidence to guide large tour groups through the distillery.

You will warmly greet visitors, show casing the client’s brands within their retail area, encouraging ticket sales and upselling of products along with being part of the larger team helping with food preparation and serving of food and drink within the site whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness in bar and retail area.

Additionally, you will help with the planning and implementing of events, throughout the year you will play an integral part to the success of one of the largest drinks clients in the world.

Full training will be given to ensure all Brand Home Guides are representing Blair Athol with knowledge and enthusiasm.

Part- and full-time opportunities available over 7 days and with varied start dates through the season this role is suitable for students.
