We are an enthusiastic team who develop, engineer and support Services and Applications to enable Sky’s multi-channel contact centres. We’re always keen to adopt the latest technologies and our services are always in high demand, so we’re looking to grow!

What you’ll do:

Organise and facilitate the Scrum/Agile process as required, including key Scrum events
Planning, scheduling, coordinating sources and reporting on many simultaneous deliverables across many business areas
Actively engage with stakeholders and business product owners to ensure that we are aligned with their vision
Promote learning, experimentation and knowledge sharing and encourage creativity. Help the team to continuously improve their process and behaviour through regular reflection and adaptation
Bring a structured and open approach to agile planning, monitor progress and react to change – ensuring all relevant parties are aware of the team’s progress and ability to deliver
Work with the team to identify impediments to their progress and support them in resolution of these
Build a safe and positive environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience of delivering change in a fast paced environment
Excellent knowledge of Scrum Techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
A great team player
Outstanding organisation skills
The ability to build great working relationships with our product owners and stakeholders
