What you’ll do on a day to day basis:

Ensure new accounts are set up accurate
Follow up with businesses to ensure data is accurate
Process renewals and contract changes
Operate multiple systems including MS Office and a CRM system
Report creation

The perfect candidate will have previous experience working in either a fast paced contact centre environment, ready to move into an admin role, or previous experience as a Sales administrator.

As a minimum, any applicants should have a background working in a office setting and come with both excellent communication and IT skills.
