Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Working Day shifts.
Shifts are: 07.30-14.45, 14.30-20.00 or 07.30-20.00
Basic hourly rate – £18.78 per hour, up to £20.78 per hour with enhancement.
A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday. This will be implemented on a trial basis.
Hill House is home for 24 adults with physical disabilities. We’re a short walk from Sandbach, in Cheshire.
As a Registered Nurse with Leonard Cheshire you’ll be responsible and accountable for providing the highest standards of nursing, clinical and personal support, while promoting independence and choice to our customers. Leading a team of support staff you will ensure the smooth and efficient management of the shift, prioritising, planning and delegating activities for the support team.
You will:
Be a registered nurse (current registration with NMC).
Have thorough and up-to-date knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at the level of a qualified nurse (level 5).
Be able to demonstrate effective nursing practice in all basic registered nurse procedures.
Work flexibly within rostered hours and on-call rota as required.
