Or you might be a Student Nurse (who qualified outside of the EU) with a letter from the NMC confirming your eligibility to sit the OSCE exam. Either way, it would be useful if you have some experience as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a similar care home environment.What’s just as important is that you’re organised, have great communication skills, and that you’re flexible enough to work shifts.
