Hours of Work: 37.50 hours per week (On-call will also be a requirement)

As the Registered Manager, you will ensure the service is compliant with the relevant CQC guidelines carrying out duties to include but not limited to;

·Leading, monitoring and coordinating the activities of the service

·Promoting the growth of the business

·Analysing data and information relating to the efficient operation of the service

Our ideal candidates will enrich the lives of service users by leading, monitoring and co-ordinating the activities of the service in the delivery of high quality, person centred services to service users in accordance with their individual support plans.

As a Registered Manager, We’re looking for people with strong skills in;








We are looking for Registered Manager’s with a Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with older people and/or have a learning disability and/or Mental Health needs in a relevant care related setting. Plus

·Registered Learning Disability Nurse or Care Qualification VQ Level 5, RMA or relevant care/management qualification.

·Knowledge and application of CQC standards and planning and co-ordinating care and support activities.

·Understanding of good practice in relation to the management and operation of Residential Services.

·Knowledge of Safeguarding Practices
