Hours of Work: 37.50 hours per week (On-call will also be a requirement)

Responsibilities:

As the Registered Manager, you will ensure the service is compliant with the relevant CQC guidelines carrying out duties to include but not limited to;

·Leading, monitoring and coordinating the activities of the service

·Promoting the growth of the business

·Analysing data and information relating to the efficient operation of the service

Requirements:

We are looking for Registered Manager’s with a Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with older people and/or have a learning disability and/or Mental Health needs in a relevant care related setting. Plus

·Registered Learning Disability Nurse or Care Qualification VQ Level 5, RMA or relevant care/management qualification.

·Knowledge and application of CQC standards and planning and co-ordinating care and support activities.

·Understanding of good practice in relation to the management and operation of Residential Services.

·Knowledge of Safeguarding Practices
