Job Title: Purchasing Administrator
Reporting To: Non Timber Procurement Manager
Salary: £24,00 – £26,000
Hours of Work: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday (Hybrid 3 days office & 2 days WFH)
The opportunity has arisen for Purchasing Administrator to join our procurement team based at Head Office, Dunfermline.
Reporting to the Non Timber Procurement Manager the purpose of this role is to support the procurement team by timely and
accurately processing of non-timber purchase orders, creating vendor codes and interrogating invoice queries.
Ideally as a Purchasing Administrator you will have experience and understanding of indirect procurement spend and experience of
working with an MRP system. You should have a strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Key to your success will
be the ability to work to tight and conflicting deadlines whilst managing workload successfully.
