Holt Engineering is currently recruiting for a Product Support Technician to join a well-established manufacturing business near Wimborne.

As the Product Support Technician, you will play a key role in assisting the engineering and production team with new product introduction and process improvement.

Your responsibilities include:

– Assist with problem-solving for the production team
– Improve lean processes across the business
– Look at existing production methods and action improvements
– Review data to identify jobs to action
– Training production operatives in the use of jigs and fixtures.
– Helping the production team with the development of products

To be successful in the Product Support Technician role you must.

– Experience within a manufacturing environment
– Experience with jigs and fixtures
– A can-do attitude
– Great communication skills
