Plasterer Multi Trade

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer Multi-Trader to join our team. As a Plasterer Multi-Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and repairs to social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of plastering work, including skimming, rendering, and patching.
Undertake general maintenance and repair work such as painting, tiling, and basic plumbing.
Work in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Liaise with tenants and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
Keep accurate records of all work completed and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements:

City and Guilds or NVQ in plastering or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Plasterer Multi-Trader, with a good understanding of general maintenance and repairs.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full driving licence.
