Your new role
As a Planned Maintenance Surveyor, you will take overall responsibility for project works taking place across the housing stock in the Somerset region. You will have an operational budget of circa £1m, delivering a programme of works which could be roofing, heating, fire system replacements across all cyclical work streams.

Some key responsibilities include:

Undertaking site surveys, gathering information and data to develop project plans, scope of works and schedules for planned works projects
Ensuring all works are delivered in accordance with agreed specifications, budget and timeline.
Liaising with contractors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are identified, reported and resolved in a timely manner

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will possess a good working knowledge of CDM & building regulations & Health & Safety. You will have prior experience delivering a programme of works ideally, within a housing environment either as a Contractor or client-side.
