Leading from the front an OM holds the daily morning meeting to inform and empower their direct reports and to ensure the resource levels are correct across all departments and the branch is fully Operational for the day ahead.An OM will look to maintain the highest trade and retail standards, develop talent and maximise the efficiencies of the branch at every opportunity throughout the day, every day.
