Operations Manager

Due to internal progression, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team which covers the central belt Scotland area.

Reporting to the Operations Director, this role will oversee 20 contracts covering sectors of Stadia, Concessions, Healthcare and B&I. The majority of these sites are in the WestTo be successful for the Operations Manager position, you must have relevant catering experience and must have a background of multi-site management, managing clients and leading diverse internal teams, including General Managers

You will have a comprehensive support network to help you in your role, which, combined with your commercial awareness, you will use to drive continuous growth. The role is field-based, so you will be prepared to travel around the the central belt Scotland regions as required.

To deliver on our high standards, you will be accountable for:

Leading and coaching site managers and service champions within your patch
Creating a platform for financial growth
Excellent cost control
Innovative menu planning with specified budgets
Overseeing site management within your area of responsibility
Recruiting and developing high calibre of site managers
Building internal and external relationships
Regular liaison with clients

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per weekSkills and Experience

Applying for the role of Operations Manager, you will need the following essential skills and experience:

Proven experience in contract catering within a field-based role
You must have recent Multi-site management
Leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating a large, diverse team
Confidence with numbers
Profit and loss management
Experience within a similar sector is desirable
A background in hotels/restaurants or hospitality preferred
