ABOUT THE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR ROLE
As our operations coordinator you will be the key administrative coordinator at The Langford Centre, a vibrant and fast-paced mental health hospital based in Bexhill on Sea
For this role we are looking for a proactive individual with a positive can-do attitude to support with operational and compliance activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
o Complete and manage staff rota whilst ensuring all payroll queries are adequately managed
o Recruitment- arranging and participating in the interview process
o Ensuring the induction packs are given to all new starters and updating their personal files
o Ensure completion of all audits relevant to the operational and health and safety aspects of the service and maintain effective evidence of this audit process
o Be responsible for the delivery and completion of assigned audits and reports for the hospitals clinical governance committee
o Managing and updating our records and databases
o Assist the hospital manager with handling complaints and investigations
o Take minutes at meetings, produce typed draft minutes and complete for presentation as required
o Expert in MS Office, in particular Excel and Word
o A Levels or equivalent
o Good spelling and grammar
o Excellent telephone manner
o Accuracy and attention to detail
o Extremely responsible with confidential data
o Team player with ability to work on own initiative
o Good at communicating with a variety of staff including support workers, nurses, senior management and external stakeholders. Prepared to spend time with the service users whilst doing so
