An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Operational Support Manager to join the Gynaecology Management Team. It will be essential, given the criticality of the recovery programme, that you have the minimum recent experience of working at a Band 5 level in an Operational capacity. Ideally for this post you will have experience in the management of patient pathways and validation for both Cancer and RTT. A proven track record of experience in Rota co ordinating and Outpatient, Theatre planning & people management.
You will need to be a flexible team player, able to re-prioritise your and your team’s workload at short notice to support services facing constantly changing priorities. This is a unique development role as a next steps opportunity to gain the experience needed to progress by enabling the successful applicant to develop their skills-set through exposure and experience.
Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital or Poole Hospital. Please note you will be required to work across site.
