As the OneFCC Screening PO Manager, you will be reporting directly into the OneFCC Screening Product Owner. You will also work alongside colleagues and teams across the Financial Crime Centre of Excellence (FC CoE) and Santander UK (Business Units, Line 2 FC, Technology and Operations).
The difference you’ll make.
Managing the delivery of Global OneFCC Screening model and end to end process by identifying opportunities and innovative solutions to enhance the Name Screening / Transaction Screening model to increase effectiveness and efficiency, including ongoing review of model effectiveness
Managing the continuous improvement changes under the OneFCC Programme for Screening models.
Overseeing of project management RAID logs and progress updates for OneFCC
Ensuring all model developments are aligned to SanUK’s Policy and Standards as well as Business risk appetite
Executing of model updates and model maintenance, including relevant governance forums and processes
Managing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships with other projects/capabilities and FC CoE teams to ensure integrity of NS / TS is maintained where there are upstream/downstream impacts/touchpoints
What you’ll bring.
Subject matter expertise in Financial Crime, specifically Screening (Name or Transaction)
Experience is supporting Financial Crime transformation programmes and Financial Crime model/change team
It would also be nice for you to have.
Confident communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
Knowledge and experience of working across Retail & Corporate Banking products
Evidence of a structured and organised way of working
