I am currently recruiting for a Distribution Office Coordinator for my client in Perth.

£11 per hour
On-site
Monday – Friday
Main duties will include
* Monitoring inbound/outbound products
* Maintaining files and records with effective filing system
* Preparing daily sales batches
* Responding promptly to internal customer queries
* Dealing with customer complaints or issues
* Document and maintain KPI’s
* Supporting other departments with various admin tasks
* Verify product inventory reports and adjusting entries

* Teamwork
* Reporting skills
* Data entry
* Good working knowledge of MS Office packages
* Excellent organisation
* High attention to detail
* Timekeeping
