Office Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a blue-chip IT company, is currently seeking an Office Administrator working 20 hours per week in the office, based in Bristol. This is a part-time, temporary role until April 2025, to start ASAP. The role is paying £14.00 per hour.

Administrative duties
Logistics and Events
* Booking meeting rooms, refreshments and lunches as required
* Meetings support
* Visitors and event support
* Raise shipment requests and Post incoming and outgoing
* Arrange team activities
* Assist with onboarding
Procurement support
* Purchasing minor equipment, supplies, and catering
* Raise purchase orders and monitor progress
* Assist with keeping stationery and office supplies replenished
* Budget support
Travel support
* Expenses
* Travel support
* Copy, scan and store information in paper and digital form in accordance with company policy
* Maintain staff holiday calendar and SharePoint sites and email distribution lists
* Liaise with front of office staff
* Keeping Organization Charts and Contact Lists updated
* Proactively support business processes
* General office duties as required
* Participate in required training

Essential skills required:

* Strong IT Skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Excellent level of knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Package (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
* Knowledge and understanding of Office 365 environment (One Drive, Teams, SharePoint)
* MS Outlook Calendar Management
* Able to work in a team environment and carry out tasks independently
* Flexible and open to change
* Willingness to learn new systems
* Organizing skills
