This Static Band 6 Occupational Therapy position is based at Broadgreen Hospital working in the Inpatient Gerontology Team. The Gerontology Team is made up of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, an Assistant Practioner and a Therapy Assistant. The team cover 2 inpatient gerontology wards and specialise in complex gerontology conditions.
• Clinically managing a complex caseload carrying out the full OT process.
• Assist with staff training, supervision and support.
• Assist the team lead with any staffing/non clinical duties when required.
• Be involved with service improvement and audits.
