Are you a time-served Air Conditioning Engineer with commercial experience? Are you looking to move into an established Facilities Management company?
Randstad C&P are working alongside a leading facilities management company to onboard an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer. The successful candidate must have experience working on systems such as – VRV / VRFs, split & multi-split systems. This position is a mobile role, work will be carried out within Aberdeen and surrounding areas.
This is a permanent, full-time position with the core working hours being Monday – Friday 8am to 4.30pm.

Competitive salary of up to £38,500 per annum
Core working hours Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Carrying out all the servicing & some maintenance of commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration units.
Working on systems such as – VRV / VRFs, split & multi-split systems.
Working on a portfolio of mixed commercial sites.
Receiving jobs through a handheld tablet, completing these jobs within set time frames.
Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Adhere to health & safety guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
Experience with VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers and air handling units
Full UK driving licence
Have commercial experience in building services or FM background
