The newly formed Leadership, Management and Coaching Team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston, are looking for an excellent administrator to join the team at this exciting time when they are rolling out a new development offer across the Trust.
The newly formed team are passionate about developing others, have a brilliant team spirit, and inclusive, positive culture. The team form part of the wider Education and HR Team, and are moving at pace to improve learning, development and the employee experience as a whole. The administrator role is pivotal for the team in supporting and enabling the delivery of leadership, management and coaching development programmes. Key responsibilities will include maintaining the training calendar and learning management system, as well as preparing training materials, liaising with learners across the Trust, and other administrative duties around this.
