Dorset County Hospital Radiology Department has an exciting opportunity to lead the team of radiology assistants. The assistants’ role is crucial for the smooth running of the scanning lists in the radiology department, working alongside consultants, sonographers and radiographers to help patients on their journey in the department during their appointment. The department is pleased to announce 2 new positions to lead the team of assistants. The focus will be on the line management of a cohort of assistants including sickness, performance, flexible working and recruitment. The post holders will also be responsible for the running of the rota and will be coordinating activity in line with the requirements of the service leads.
