What you’ll do: Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations Work closely with the chefs and larger catering team, to ensure the running of kitchen and dining facilities is efficient and smooth Ensure all kitchen equipment is used correctly, and report any faults to your line manager Assist with deliveries, replenishing stock and its rotation Waste disposal in a safe, thorough, timely mannerWhat you bring:
