Information Governance Officer opportunity (full time)
The Governance and Quality Assurance team provides internal services, with a core focus on continuous improvement and learning to maintain compliance and offer assurance, direction and guidance to the broader teams and functions across Optalis Services.
The Governance and Quality Assurance Team covers the following areas
o Data and Performance Management
o Data Protection
o Governance and Quality Assurance
o Health and Safety
o Information Governance

The Information Governance Officer (IGO) will support the Information Governance (IG) agenda, ensuring the organisation continues to comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018.
This post will ensure the business receives accurate reports supported with relevant action plans, including identifying relevant trends for regular business activity and high-impact business areas.
