Our Self Directed Support (SDS) Team have an exciting opportunity to join them as a ISF (Individual Service Fund) Co-ordinator on a part-time (30 hours per week), permanent basis.
The Role
The main purpose of your role will be to support clients to meet their agreed outcomes by managing their ISF and co-ordinating any necessary provisions. This will be achieved by meeting face to face with the clients and building positive relationships. In addition you will also work closely with our finance department to ensure that payments are made and that all necessary reporting is carried out.
This role is a flexible hybrid model with some of your role being homebased, however we will need you to hold a full driving license and have access to your own vehicle as part of the role will involve external meetings with clients across Aberdeenshire as and when needed.

Great communication skills; both written and verbal
A positive attitude to problem solving
The ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
Confidence in the use of computers
Good language and numeracy skills
Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
The ability to work collaboratively as a helpful, positive member of the team
It would be great if you also have: –
Previous experience of working in a customer focused or an advisory environment
A sound knowledge of Self Directed Support
Shift patterns
Hours of work would be mutually agreed, but will fall within Monday – Friday during office hours.
