Hours: 35 hours per weekSalary: £33,412 – £38,078 (Increase due 1st April)

This is a hybrid role that will allow autonomy and flexibility with a blend of working from home and at any of our three main offices in Dundee, Perth or West Dunbartonshire.

About the role
As ICT Systems Officer, your primary role will involve supporting the effective delivery of a range of ICT corporate, governance and customer related applications and services which are focussed on achieving excellence, high levels of satisfaction and the delivery of the Group’s business aims.We are looking for an enthusiastic and solution-focussed IT professional to provide a range of operational and support services for all ICT functions to meet service users and customer service-related requirements and be involved in the development of new systems and applications. The ICT Systems Officer will also play an active role in service and business improvement projects and provide support on infrastructure tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set, an eagerness to tackle challenges head on and be able to demonstrate competent IT literacy around multiple applications and systems. Experience of Office 365, cloud based systems, SQL Server and ITIL would be advantageous
