Your new role
In this busy and fast-paced role, you will play a crucial part in delivering a professional and effective HR service to a large and diverse workforce, providing operational HR support to your colleagues, as well as undertaking strategic responsibilities, working closely alongside the Head of HR in the development of a comprehensive People Plan. With ample opportunity to get involved in a number of exciting projects focussed on employee engagement, recruitment and performance management, you will facilitate the maintenance and reinforcement of this company’s status as an employer of choice.
What you’ll need to succeed
As well as a CIPD qualification and previous experience in a position of similar seniority, you will have the resilience and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and fluid industry. You will have a strong HR generalist background, as well as a comprehensive understanding of HR best practice and employment law. You will have great communication skills and will be experienced in internal and external senior stakeholder engagement.
